We have metadb and have a duplicate orders report that we can run to check for duplicates before import. We also run it each morning on all orders that were created the previous day.

We also have a report, but it would be better functionality if there was deduping for orders in FOLIO.

There is some, but it is not great. And we have different definitions for duplicates for different types of material. Sometimes we consider a print/electronic cross-match a dupe and sometimes we do not. So we would want a lot of customization in any system provided functionality.
