00:28:54	Jared Cowing:	I'm new enough that I don't yet have a good sense for what preferences are at my institution, but coming from an Alma institution scenario 3 seems the most in line with how things were done in that system (and it worked well for our needs at that library for more nuanced control over what data was anonymized and when).
