IIRC, Claus shared that EBSCO is working on way to make their Enhancement Request portal public, and to allow some form of moderated commenting. (Please correct me if I'm misremembering.) I wanted to write that up here so we can meta-collaboratively support Claus in advocating at EBSCO to do that.
